Portrait of Akanksha Yadav

Akanksha Yadav

GTM leader driving  top-line growth in B2B tech.

Building demand generation engines for lean teams with big goals.

Only ~4% of your market is ready to buy right now. I help you find and convert them.

I'm Akanksha.  Based in Frankfurt, Germany.   For the last 8 years I've worked as a Growth Marketer in Europe's B2B tech ecosystem - startups and scale-ups of every size, across deep tech, AI, manufacturing and more. Some of it in-house as an operator, some of it consulting with founders building their demand engine from zero.

I've written go-to-market strategies and executed them. I've carried revenue and pipeline targets, led a successful pivot into the AI space, supported fundraising rounds, and did all the product marketing and sales enablement underneath it.

CORE PRINCIPLES - WHAT I FOCUS ON

  • Pipeline is the only thing that matters - leads are an activity, revenue is the outcome.
  • Sales and marketing do not exist in silos - one continuous feedback loop.
  • I help you build flexible, scalable demand-gen engines - not one-off campaigns.

MBA [Frankfurt School], PMM, Head of Growth, Demand Generation

My approach is intentionally modular - you let me know what your pipeline needs, and I scope around that.

01

ICP Definition, Offer & Counter-Positioning

“Enterprises, 500+ employees” is not an ICP. It’s a filter.

I build the version that holds up: which accounts, at what trigger, with which buying committee - and who you should stop selling to. Then the offer that fits, positioned against the alternatives your buyer is actually comparing you to.

Where this lands

  • Scored and tiered account definition
  • Competitive map
  • Counter-positioning narrative
  • Messaging framework
  • Objection library

02

LinkedIn Ads & Thought Leadership Strategy

Thought leadership ads out-click every other LinkedIn format by 6–7×. Most teams run them as a one-off boost.

I build the layered version: whose voice, what content becomes ad inventory, how it stacks by funnel stage, and how engagement feeds the next layer - inside a full paid strategy with audience architecture, retargeting off engagement signals, creative testing and a create-vs-capture budget split.

Where this lands

  • Campaign architecture
  • Content-to-ad pipeline
  • Audience and retargeting map
  • Custom content strategy dashboard
  • Budget model

03

HubSpot Marketing Automation & Marketing-Sales Alignment

The gap is rarely a tool - it's often an operational breakdown at the point of lead-to-sales handover.

I build lifecycle infrastructure sales will actually use and I train them on how to do it: scoring weighted on fit and intent, nurture mapped to buying stage, workflows that fire on signals instead of form fills, clean handoff rules & training, and reporting that survives a “where did this pipeline come from” question.

Where this lands

  • Scoring model
  • Nurture tracks
  • Workflow build
  • MQL-to-SQL handoff SLA & Training
  • Reporting views

04

Intent-Based Outbound (Clay + Signals)

Cold lists are the expensive way to do outbound. Signals are the cheap one.

I build the signal layer in Clay - enrichment waterfalls, list building, trigger detection - and connect it to messaging that references what the account actually did. Your thought leadership becomes the warm signal: the people engaging are the ones outbound reaches, with a message that follows the thread.

Where this lands

  • Clay workspace and enrichment build
  • Signal-to-play mapping
  • Sequence and messaging framework
  • Signal-to-first-touch SLA

Other people's words, not mine.

Akanksha is a strategic Product Marketer with an analytical mind who can move quickly and efficiently to get things done. Her research skills are impressive, always over-delivers, and she's a joy to work with.

Akanksha is a digital marketing native who is a non stop hustler. I directly managed her and together, we built a scrappy, best in class Go to Market strategy paired with brand and product marketing execution.  She led our company’s pivot to Product Led Growth strategy... She  is a dedicated and radical (in a good sense!) marketeer and genuine pleasure to work with!.

I had the pleasure of working closely with Akanksha, who led Growth and Marketing at Graswald AI. We collaborated extensively on our go-to-market efforts, helping grow market share and win some fantastic clients along the way. Akanksha is incredibly organized and professional. She has a great ability to bring people together, keep projects moving, and was someone I could always count on.

I want my clients to know who I am, because I don't run my projects as some distant consultant who doesn't quite care what happens once the invoice clears - I genuinely want you to succeed. So it's important to know that we're a fit in values and ways of working. My communication style is clear, direct and always respectful. I pride myself as being someone who's efficient, dependable and (from I've been told) lots of fun to work with.

If I had to sum myself up, I'd say this: curious to an unreasonable degree. Recently, I watched an hour-long video on the neurobiology of cuteness aggression - why a puppy being unbearably cute makes you want to squeeze it - which tells you most of what you need to know about how I spend my free time.

The longest-running obsession is astronomy, specifically the point where astrophysics runs out of answers and philosophy has to take over. It's a good hobby for keeping your ego in proportion.   Sit with the scale of the universe for an hour and it becomes difficult to take yourself seriously, which suits me; I'd rather be funny than impressive, and most of my jokes are at my own expense. The rest of it is people - I feel the room whether I asked to or not, and I care deeply about social justice. This is not a just line in my bio, but something that shapes who I work with and how.   Otherwise: obsessed with good food (and good wine), easily undone by music, literature, and just the general beauty in everything.
